Welcome to our frequently asked questions (FAQs)! In this section you will find tons of helpful information related to the Trendi Designs by Andrea order experience. If you have questions specifically pertaining to your order, send an email with your full name, order number and questions to info@trendidesignsbyandrea.com and someone from our team will be glad to assist you. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from customer service.
ORDERS
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
When will I get my order? [*Covid-19]
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We are seeing delays in shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
*Please note, due to increased order volumes and CDC regulations, order fulfillment may be delayed during the COVID 19 pandemic.
Why hasn’t my ordered shipping?
If your order has not shipped, it is very likely that one or more of the items in your order are on back ordered (noted by an estimated ship date). If there is no estimated ship date and your order has not shipped, it is still processing and will be shipped soon.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Can I cancel or edit my order?
All orders are final after they are placed. We do not cancel, edit or refunds order under any circumstances.
Please double check your order and sizes prior to checking out to ensure that you have selected the correct items.
How do I use my store credit?
An email will be sent with instructions on how to use your store credit after an approved return.
When do store credits expires?
For your convenience, store credit never expires.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office, get in touch with us at info@trendidesignsbyandrea.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@trendidesignsbyandrea.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@trendidesignsbyandrea.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
RETURNS
How do I return?
- Visit our Returns Center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days from the order delivered date
- In unused and resalable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is damaged, please submit a return request and select reason 'item arrived damaged' within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants (i.e., damaged and/or wrong item received). Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund option is supported:
- Refund to store credit via e-gift card
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do NOT offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at info@trendidesignsbyandrea.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after your return request was approved.
When will my return/store credit be processed?
We ask for customers to allow 5-7 business days for us to process returns. We will notify you via email as soon as the return is processed.
Please do NOT send multiple emails requesting updates if we are still within the return window timeframe. The process for issuing store credits is handled in the order in which they are received.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Due to unpredictable delays caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, we are not quoting exact delivery times at this moment. All orders are shipped and processed within 2-5 business days, and most customers receive their items within 3-7 business days.
Please note, if your items have an estimated ship date, it will be filled when it becomes available.
My tracking says “In transit” or “Delayed”. Can you help me with my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is shipped it is in USPS possession and we have absolutely no control over what is happening, or any additional information beyond what you see on your tracking. If it has been delayed for more than 7 days, we recommend you contacting your local post office for more information.
What should I do about a missing package if my tracking says my order was delivered?
If for some reason your package is missing, we recommend contacting your local post office responsible for delivering your mail immediately! They will be able to contact the carrier responsible for delivering your mail, and get more information. If no resolution is found, we suggest opening a missing mail claim with USPS.
Also, contact our customer service department to make us aware of what is going on, so that we can also open a claim on our end if need be.
